The Yellow Hi-Vis Ballast Weight Step Block is used to significantly increase the stability of our Temporary Mesh Fencing Panels. Stabilisation of fencing on site is essential for the safety of construction workers and pedestrians when building in high-wind areas – this prevents the risk of falling fences.
These Yellow Heras Ballast Blocks have been manufactured from UV-resistant MDPE (Medium Density Polyethylene) and are very easy to use. Easily installed and stacked on top of each other for additional fencing support to increase wind loading performance and up to 50 can be fit onto a pallet. Concrete-filled, the Step Block weighs 44KG. With their practical and environmentally friendly construction, Fence Ballasts are a great long-term investment for multiple projects.
Also available, we have Step Block Struts we recommend to support your fencing stabilisation system. They come as an anti-lift strut for an extra layer of protection preventing the panels being lifted out of the feet. These struts accommodate up to 5 blocks each.
